I already donate blood. It’s an easy self-pat-on-the-back and NYC gives you a cool blood donor card. :)
I know! I’ve heard that NYC gives a frequent-donor card after 8 visits, but I haven’t seen mine.
Oh! And it has your blood type on it and everything. It makes you feel important. Stuff like that takes you back to first grade where having a shiny plastic CARD with your name on it was somehow cool. Or maybe that’s just me. Probably!

I just have 3 more donations till I get my regular doners card (5 or more donations).
Almost passed out on my second donation, which was odd as I had made sure I had eaten and everything before hand (unlike when I first donated….).
