I’ve decided to get off my arse this month and do something to curb this beer belly and to try an improve the old ticker as that’s a bit of an issue on my dads side of the family.
So my plan is to exercise once a day for the month of July. So to start things off I have just taken a 3am jog round the block. It was no real distance at all but my lungs are wanting to burst out of my chest and there’s a faint taste of blood in my mouth - I’m not sure that’s a good thing. I might also wanna go see the Doctor and get some asthma stuff, as my last one expired 3 years ago.
I’m 30 on the 11th so I wonder if this counts as a mid life crisis?
